Terms & Refund Policy

These Terms govern your membership in and purchases from Ancient Roots Circle ("ARC," "we," "us"). By joining ARC or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. Our community lives on the Circle platform; payments are handled by our payment processor.

1. Membership & billing

• ARC offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Basic and Premium), billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout.
• Paid memberships are billed in advance for the selected period and, unless cancelled, renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price.
• We will give reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to your renewal.
• ARC also offers one-time purchases — such as courses and session passes. These are billed once, do not renew, and are separate from your membership: buying one does not change the tier you're on, and changing or cancelling your membership does not remove access to something you've already bought. Some one-time purchases include access for a set period — for example, ARC courses include 3 months of access to the course material from the date of purchase — and the access period is shown before you buy.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, on your own — no need to contact us or give advance notice. You can manage, change tiers, or cancel your membership directly in your ARC account settings on Circle. When you cancel, you keep full access to the community until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period (see our Refund policy below), and any individual sessions you have already paid for remain available to you.

By completing a payment, you confirm that:

• you are the authorized holder of the payment method used (or have permission to use it);
• you are knowingly and voluntarily making the purchase; and
• you authorize ARC and our payment processor to charge the amount shown.

If you have any concern about a charge, you agree to contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback or bank dispute for a charge you actually authorized ("friendly fraud") is a breach of these Terms. We keep records — including your acceptance of these Terms, your account and payment details, and your access to member content — which we may provide as evidence in response to any dispute. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent disputes.

5. Community membership rule

ARC is built on trust and genuine relationships. No anonymous accounts: all members must join using their real name and a real profile photo. Accounts without a real profile photo and a real first and last name will be removed from the community. If you are not comfortable doing so, we kindly ask that you do not join.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to treat other members with respect, to keep member-only content within the community, and not to misuse the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

7. Access & content

Membership gives you access to live sessions, recordings, resources, and conversations according to your tier, hosted on Circle. Availability of specific sessions and materials may change over time.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members, and continued use of ARC after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
